Steaming the chicken
Didn't really feel like really cooking, you know standing in the kitchen stirring all the time. But I had to eat something right. Put some broccoli, carrots and chicken fillet in the steaming machine. MAGNIFICENT .. 20 minutes of letting a machine heat up water gets repaid by a health and tasty plate. (and daddy's tomato soup which is of course the best!)


Easter dessert
So it's Easter .. it's a common sight to see every breathing human being stuff himself full with at least 5 kg of chocolate by the end of the week! The bunny brought me the usual, white brown and black chocolate eggs, I prefer black chocolate. The taste is pure and a piece a day healthy!
This pastry was filled with chocolate mousse, very D-lish!

These cookies are top, I bought three or four large bags around the St Nicholas-time(6th ofdecember is a holiday particularly celebrated in Belgium, the Netherlands and some countries of Eastern Europe). Texture and taste are both very similar to Speculaas but the difference is found when you let it melt in your mouth, a mint-like taste of some kind pops up. I think it's being manufactured with subliminal adding of some herb extract.
