Sunday we celebrated fatherhood, sadly not everybody has the opportunity to visit dad. My parents visited the cemetery and I took the liberty of bringing my camera. There's no one to complain .. right?

This is the harsh truth.. not even when you're six feet under you're at peace.
The sign says "Aandacht, de concessie op dit graf is reeds beëndigd".
Note: Although I'm not religious it might give the impression, doesn't mean it can't be a very interesting subject in photography of course.
Smoked halibut (Heilbot) with paste and fresh vegetables
Tried some vinegar in combination with several spices onion, carrots & lettuce.
Watch out with onion btw, I overdid it a bit by using too much from a fresh onion. (if you use half and put it in the fridge it looses some 'edge' so you can use more, don't try it with a fresh one.)
