Serious cooking: fish and rice

Rice, veggies & fish
So not much to explain really, tried to prep a decent neat looking dish.. and succeeded.


Boiling the carrots so they soften up a bit, full length looks nicer on the plate but takes about 3 times as long to boil!

Chop the vegetables.

Basmati rice, cook 15 instead of 8 minutes to get it sticky. (2full cups is sufficient for 3-4 portions)

When the fish is ready, save the water it'll be the base for the sauce.

Add some bouillon, garlic, onion and milk.

Dessert
Some chocolate ice-cream with yoghurt and jam.
